The annual
Devon 50 skills competition. Each Patrol competes against the others
in scout skills and other events. The outcome of several Devon 50
annual trophies depend on the results of this competition. |

50 Anniversary
Picnic and Court of Honor
|
This is the
74th anniversary of the Devon 50 Boy Scout charter, and will be
celebrated in traditional fashion, with a picnic, followed by a
Court of Honor, recognizing patrols, individuals and leaders among
the Devon 50 scouts. We will also have Eagle ceremonies for several
new Eagle Scouts. |

Jamboree
Troop 136
Shakedown Weekend |
This is not
solely a Devon 50 event, but with 14 Devon 50 scouts in National
Jamboree Troop 136, it is included in this list of upcoming events.
At the Shakedown weekend, we will set up camp just as we will at the
Jamboree, to ensure that everything we need is present and in good
order, before it is packed for shipment to Fort AP Hill. |
